For the time being, I will be occasionally writing here, primarily concerning social and political matters. I will probably weave other things in from time to time. The title of this blog refers to my sociopolitical orientation. I do not strictly adhere to either objectivism or conservatism, or any other ism for that matter, but my views are usually in the ballpark of someone who admires Ayn Rand and Ronald Reagan. Does anyone find it hard to believe that our President, who has been to all 57 states, and Nancy Pelosi, who knows that five hundred million Americans lose their jobs every month are planning to spend a trillian dollars of our money

I totally agree. That was a boneheaded move. That can be seen by how it has helped the economy so far (none).
